Leading:
A challenge has been with a visionary leader with high expectations who is both creative and innovative.  This has meant being responsive to the emerging needs and insights.

Support has involved responding to emerging directions by providing appropriate resources.  It has also involved listening deeply in order to maximise the learning as a team and grow the capacity of leaders.

This appears to be a high functioning team, the challenge is to respond appropriately to their needs at a pace that means change is achievable.

"Ehara taku toa i te toa taki tahi",  the strength is not in the individual, it is in the collective.
