  1. This post on building trusting relationships is very interesting. We have spent quite a bit of time thinking about collaboration, perhaps forgetting or assuming that trust needs to come before or at least with collaboration. The BES on "School Leadership and Student Outcomes" (Robinson, Lloyd, Hohepa,2009,p183)sees trust as needed for all school relationships and with the developments of CoLs this will be even more important.
